“Why? Because of what can happen when people come together, exchange information, inspire one another, test out new ways of being together.” -Priya Parker
Our brains require novelty for growth and our hearts require a fresh perspective to stay open.
When we travel and stay connected to our yoga practice, it can gift us with the presence and curiosity to explore both the beauty of the world around us and the depths of our inner self with confidence.
Kaylee and I strive to create inclusive spaces and meaningful experiences that provide opportunity for rest, reflection and connection. The sense of community that forms during retreat always warms our hearts. It can provide you the space to slow down, open up and allow something to shift inside; so that you remember what matters.
When you choose to spend your money on a retreat, it’s something that doesn’t expire or ever go out of style, you can’t lose it, and it changes you forever.
Kaylee and I believe that our work is curating meaningful experiences of wellness. Our friendship has always been full of adventure and creative ways that we hold each other up in joy. Our hope is that our friendship ripples out during retreat and cultivates a sense of belonging and connection for you.
“May you be blessed with good friends.
May you learn to be a good friend to yourself.
May you be able to journey to that place in your soul where
there is great love, warmth, feeling, and forgiveness.” – John O’Donohue

“What truly set this retreat apart was the inclusive group environment. The diverse group fostered new friendships and created a safe, accepting space for individuals from all walks of life. Overall, this yoga retreat in Taos was a holistic journey that nourished the body, mind, and soul!”
-Stephen

This was my first retreat, so I don’t have any other experience to compare it to. However, the whole retreat seemed so put together and well thought out, from the excursions, to having bananagrams available to play. I found the intervals of free time to be super beneficial and enjoyable, to give us some time to rest and reflect on the group activities. The journals and thought prompts were especially impactful for me. It helped me to get into the headspace of open transformation and growth, which is something I can struggle to do on my own. Seeing other people reflect and journal while also having a good time and being with one another was so beautiful.

I’m already looking forward to the next retreat I get to go on with you both. You were so kind to make my birthday celebration feel so special, to welcome me into your love and community, and to really hold space for each individual at the retreat. Thank you endlessly for all of the hard work that you put into the planning and implementation of the trip. I’ll remember it forever.

FAQ
What if I’m not flexible or haven’t been doing yoga for that long?
No worries! Kaylee and I teach with the mindset that it should be inclusive for all bodies so we love to offer variations of all kinds and take a slower pace. The postures are only a small part of yoga, they are just one of the tools we utilize to stay in the present moment. Furthermore, everything is optional on our retreats. This time is for you!
What if I don’t have any friends that come with me?
A retreat participant once gave me a card thanking me for taking a group of strangers and making everyone feel like friends over the last four days. We are always surprised at the connections that are made at yoga workshops and retreats. When people show up with a willingness to stay curious and explore, community always seems to be created.
Do you offer payment plans?
Of course! If you have a payment plan in mind, let us know and we can work something out. We know this is a big investment and we want to make the entire process as supportive as we can.
